En una reacci\u00f3n de urgencia, pedimos a PNV, PSE, PP y CCOO que act\u00faen con responsabilidad y acaten la sentencia. La defensa que la nota de Kutxabank hace del IRPH es absurda. <a href=\"https:\/\/irphstop.eus\/es\/irph-txostena\/\">En este informe demostramos que es un \u00edndice con m\u00faltiples irregularidades<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Es igualmente rid\u00edculo que Kutxabank diga que \u00abdesde el a\u00f1o 1999 hasta la mitad del a\u00f1o 2011 (12 a\u00f1os) el tipo IRPH Cajas ha sido sustancialmente inferior al Euribor\u00bb porque es rigurosamente falso.
