El pleno del ayuntamiento de Donostia ha visto hoy c\u00f3mo PNV, PSE y PP sumaban sus votos para evitar que se pidiera la devoluci\u00f3n de las cantidades indebidamente cobradas con el \u00edndice abusivo IRPH.<\/p>\n

Con m\u00e1s de 30 sentencias que decretan la nulidad del IRPH por abusivo y condenan a Kutxabank a devolver a los afectados \u00ablas cantidades indebidamente cobradas\u00bb, una moci\u00f3n de EH Bildu propon\u00eda instar a Kutxabank a que extienda la devoluci\u00f3n de este dinero a todas las familias afectadas, sin obligarlas a acudir a los tribunales.<\/p>\n

PNV, PSE y PP han presentado textos alternativos que eliminaban esta solicitud de devoluci\u00f3n y a\u00f1ad\u00edan planteamientos vac\u00edos de contenido, con el \u00fanico objetivo de desviar la atenci\u00f3n de lo fundamental: la aplicaci\u00f3n de IRPH ha sido abusiva y por tanto lo procedente es devolver lo robado. La justicia est\u00e1 siendo tajante al respecto.<\/p>\n

Ante la suma de votos de la troika PNV-PSE-PP a favor del abuso del IRPH, la moci\u00f3n de EH Bildu ha sido rechazada.<\/p>\n

La plataforma IRPH Stop Gipuzkoa considera rid\u00edculo que PNV, PSE y PP sigan obcecados en la defensa del IRPH cuando los tribunales est\u00e1n siendo tan rotundos, y les exige que aclaren qu\u00e9 intereses esconden para seguir castigando de esta manera a la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
