El resultado son m\u00e1s de 1,3 millones de familias afectadas. Destaca Catalunya como regi\u00f3n m\u00e1s afectada con 442.000 casos (un 34% del total del estado), y se observa que Hego Euskal Herria no es una de las regiones m\u00e1s afectadas (31.000 casos en la CAV y 9.000 en la Comunidad Foral Navarra)<\/p>\n<p>El c\u00e1lculo se ha realizado considerando las hipotecas de nueva constituci\u00f3n sobre vivienda desde 1994 hasta 2014, seg\u00fan estad\u00edsticas del INE, combinadas con el porcentaje de hipotecas referidas a IRPH, seg\u00fan estad\u00edsticas del Colegio de Registradores. El resultado es el total de hipotecas contratadas con referencia a un IRPH en los \u00faltimos 20 a\u00f1os. En los tramos para los que no hay datos, se han hecho estimaciones conservadoras, y se han despreciado los cuatro primeros a\u00f1os de existencia del IRPH (1990 a 1994).
