El Juzgado de Primera Instancia n\u00ba 4 de Algeciras ha archivado un procedimiento de ejecuci\u00f3n hipotecaria y ha declarado nulo por abusivo el tipo de inter\u00e9s IRPH al que estaba referido el pr\u00e9stamo. La causa de la nulidad ha sido la influencia de la entidad en su determinaci\u00f3n, y la prueba que refuerza ese fundamento han sido las respuestas del Banco de Espa\u00f1a a un interrogatorio de nuestros abogados Maite Ortiz y Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Erauskin.<\/p>\n

Es una noticia doblemente positiva, por el nuevo varapalo al IRPH y porque ha paralizado un desahucio.<\/p>\n
