Tal y como <a href=\"http:\/\/afectadosporlahipoteca.com\/2016\/09\/30\/sin-justicia-no-hay-derechos\/\" target=\"_blank\">explica la PAH en su p\u00e1gina web<\/a>, las jornadas servir\u00e1n para hacer llegar al mundo de la Justicia las exigencias de la ciudadan\u00eda en relaci\u00f3n a este derecho.<\/p>\n<p>Entre dichas exigencias se incluye la desaparici\u00f3n del \u00edndice abusivo IRPH, y el evento incluir\u00e1 un taller sobre IRPH que impartir\u00e1n nuestros abogados voluntarios Maite Ortiz y Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Erauskin. Ser\u00e1 el s\u00e1bado 8 de octubre. \u00a1Si est\u00e1s cerca de Madrid no te lo pierdas!<\/p>\n<p>Recordemos que Maite Ortiz y Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Erauskin son pioneros en la batalla judicial contra el IRPH y entre sus logros est\u00e1 la primera sentencia de nulidad de IRPH ratificada en segunda instancia por una Audiencia Provincial. El banco recurri\u00f3 dicha sentencia, por lo que el caso ser\u00e1 juzgado en el Supremo. M\u00e1s de 1.3 millones de familias, afectadas por IRPH, est\u00e1n pendientes de la postura que adopte este tribunal, y por eso es importante hacerle llegar un mensaje: exigimos justicia.
