La fecha ya fue fijada el mismo d\u00eda de la vista (y lo contamos <a href=\"https:\/\/irphstop.eus\/es\/vista-oral-en-el-tribunal-europeo-cronica-y-valoracion-de-irph-stop-gipuzkoa\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">en esta cr\u00f3nica<\/a>), y ahora se ha conocido la hora exacta.<\/p>\n<p>Las conclusiones se presentar\u00e1n en vista p\u00fablica. Aunque no son vinculantes para el tribunal, en la mayor\u00eda de las ocasiones la sentencia suele seguir el camino marcado por el Abogado General.
